As a personal trainer who has worked in the industry for over 20 years, Cheryl is known for her personalized nutrition and exercise programs that have been used in fitness facilities throughout NJ and NYC, at corporations such as Forbes, NBC, Pfizer, and Glamour. She has been teaching a weekly cancer recovery fitness class at a local hospital and is inspired to help those who are recovering from illness or injury. Cheryl uses her own fitness journey to help others achieve their goals! If you prefer the convenience of in-home training, she brings equipment to your home and works around your busy schedule.

Graduated from New York University, she has a masters in Exercise Physiology. She began her career in New York City and has now been practicing for over 20 years. As a professional trainer, she is ACSM certified, a NFPT Cancer Recovery Specialist, and a member of the IDEA Health & Fitness Association.
